Adult Formation
Landings for Returning Catholics: Have you thought about coming back to Church? It’s not the same without you! Contact Sr. Joanne or Bill Barrett, Landings coordinator, anytime. We welcome the opportunity to talk to you about Landings. In between the formal ten week sessions, we connect with you through an individual orientation and group gatherings.

New Beginnings “TAP”: Are you interested in becoming more involved at Newman? Perhaps our New Beginnings TAP survey will help you to discover ways you can challenge yourself--and help the Newman Center, also. On our Adult Faith website, www.adultfaith.com, go to New Beginnings to take the TAP survey, and then match your characteristics with those listed for each of our Newman Ministries. Select those that are most appealing to you. Then, contact the Ministry Coordinator, or let us do that for you, by signing up online!

Bible Studies Roman Catholics are “People of the Book.” That is, we believe that the Bible— the Word of God— is the primary source of Truth for us. The Old Testament (Jewish Scriptures) and the New Testament (Christian Scriptures) form one story of how God’s plan of salvation unfolded for the human family.

We are encouraged to pray with and study the Bible so that we can learn more about the origins of our faith. At any given time, the Newman Center offers Bible studies which explore the meaning and depth of the books of the Bible. The weekly bulletin will have information about any Bible Studies that are being offered in the parish. All are welcome!
