Cardinal Newman Hall is a beautiful building that is perfect for weddings, anniversaries, lectures, workshops, banquets and many other events.
It is a spacious facility with three large rooms that may be partitioned to accommodate the exact size of most functions.
The entire hall is 100 ft. by 58 ft. and can seat 240 people, although you can rent 1/3 of the hall ($200), 2/3 of the hall ($400), or the whole hall ($600).
The hall has a full sized kitchen that can be used with the renting of any part of the hall.
Also available to assist with presentations and lectures are a monitor/DVD, microphone, digital projector ($20 rental fee), whiteboard, flip chart, and easel.
What else should I know?
1. There are additional rooms available for rent at Newman Center
- Conference Room $100
- Classroom $75
- Cafeteria $125
2. Additional Charges
- Tables are $7.50 each for rental and each table includes eight chairs (round tables are 60" in diameter; 6' rectangular tables are also available)
- Security Fee: $15/hour is required - this fee is payable to a staff member who is on-site throughout the time of your rental
- There is a $200 liability fee payable to the Diocese of Fresno if you wish to serve beer and/or wine. Hard alcohol is not permitted. If alcohol is being served, two staff members must be present during those hours, each at $15 an hour.
