Tai Chi Exercise classes are offered in a series of ten week sessions on Thursday evenings 5:45 – 6:45 PM in Cardinal Newman Hall.
Tai Chi has been referred to as “meditation in motion.” This ancient form of martial art employs a series of graceful movements that reduces stress, improves range of motion, posture, muscle strength, and balance.
A series of ten week sessions continue through the year. Classes begin on Thursday, September 17, 2009. Instructor: Bill Titus. Cost: New students - $20; continuing students - $10, for each ten week session.
