Tai Chi exercise classes are offered in a series of ten week sessions on Thursday evenings 5:45 to 6:45pm in Cardinal Newman Hall.
Tai Chi has been referred to as “meditation in motion.” This ancient form of martial art employs a series of graceful movements that reduces stress, improves range of motion, posture, muscle strength, and balance.

Cost: new students - $20; continuing students - $10, for each ten week session
Tai Chi for Arthritis
We now also offer a series of Tai Chi classes specifically designed for persons with arthritis. It is taught by a certified instructor and is approved by the Arthritis Foundation. It is offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:15 to 11:15am in Cardinal Newman Hall. The cost is $20 per month, and $10 per month for continuing students thereafter.
