Stewardship
Members of the Newman Center parish are encouraged to become involved in reaching out to the larger community and those in need through various programs and ministries.

Helping Hands is a ministry which combines people with certain skills with people who are in need.  If you or someone you know has a particular need while going through a difficult time, we can assist in specific ways. Whether it is a home-cooked meal, gardening, house-cleaning or some other project, there are parishioners who are able and willing to assist.  Contact Kathi Morris for more information at 434-0883.

The Stewardship Committee is composed of parishioners who explore ways of assisting the needy of our community. We reach out to provide the basic needs of those who are less fortunate through food collection programs, special collections and volunteerism.  Contact Fr. Perry for more information.

S.O.S. (Social Outreach Service)
is one of the long standing ministries of the Newman Center It sponsors the Christmas Giving Tree, Operation Stork (clothing, diapers, baby blankets and other needed items for infants) along with other community outreach services.  Contact Judy Clifford at 227-1748 for information.
